Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged or not eligible for a full refund, the customer may be offered a partial refund.

Returns

We offer our customers a 21-day return policy. You may return your items within 21 days from purchase and receive a refund for your purchase. Please note, after the 3 Day Full Refund period, there will be a Rs. 450 restocking fee charged for any returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must also not be torn or damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Cancellations/returns/refunds are only applicated to orders on getbitloop.com. If you've purchased a BitLoop product from Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal or any other seller/marketplace - please contact them directly to learn about their returns and refunds policy.

Any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of Emha Products Private Limited.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds often take 15-25 business days to be processed by credit card companies and banks.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that all returns are shipped using a trackable service, and with full insurance. Emha Products Private Limited does not take any responsbility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
